Facts About Dental Insurance

Your dental insurance is based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company. While we will attempt to estimate your dental benefits to the best of our ability, this is an estimate ONLY, and should not be depended on as the final decision. Should questions arise, it is best to contact your insurance company directly.

Payment Options

Our staff will estimate your insurance coverage and ask you to pay the difference at your appointment. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE only. If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid we will bill you. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can pay online here.
